COVID-19 update

If you have an appointment for a breast screen or follow-up assessment

Please call us on 13 20 50 to discuss whether your appointment should be rescheduled, if:

  • You are feeling unwell
  • You have tested positive to COVID-19
  • You have been identified as a close contact
  • Someone in your household has tested positive to COVID-19
  • You have recently been outside of Australia

If you are feeling well, it is important that you attend your usual healthcare appointments. You do not need a COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test (PCR or RAT) to attend a BreastScreen Queensland Service. In the interest of the public health and safety of staff and other clients, you may be asked to wear a mask during your appointment.
